  1. I just finished watching one of your shows ("Cashing in a Corner Lot"),and found your blog as I searched for information on the laminate countertop you used in the bathoom--one with flecks that looks like stone/granite. Any information would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Karyn

  2. Hello!

I was reading your bio on HGTV because I was looking to see where you went to school. I'm graduating from William & Mary undergrad soon, and I'm looking to go to grad school for interior design. The site said that you had a "connection with the Washington, D.C., edition of Designed to Sell." I was wondering if this meant that your company was based in DC or if you went to school there? D.C. is probably where I'll move to after college, and I was wondering if you knew any good schools I could look into around the area?

I have watched so many episodes of Designed to Sell and I love your style - any information/advice you could give me, I would greatly appreciate!

    Thanks,
    Kristen Kirkpatrick

  3. You, Tanya and Shane can stop all the "cutesy" stuff, its NOT cute. I turn you off when you 2 are on, too much sugar is too much!! Take a lesson from Lisa and Monica, they know when enough is enough.

    Please,
    Karen

  5. Hi Taniya!

I love watching your episodes of "Designed to Sell", and I love your tips.

I was wondering if you know if you'd ever be in the MA area (I know you grew up here). I would love to apply to the show if it ever came up here.

    Thanks!
    Barrie

  6. Hi lady "T"
I live in Woodbridge Virginia, I am active duty Army and I absolutely love you on Design to Sell and Freestyle!!I live too far to be on the show but I have a townhome that I have to sell or rent out ASAP. I will be leaving later on this year on PCS (change of assignment) orders. My biggest problem is my small master 3/4 bath and my kitchen. I have been trying to find a place that sells granite tiles for me to put in the kitchen. I also have problems with the bath because of the size. In today's
Northern Virginia real estate market what can you suggest?
One of my BIGGEST problem is $$money$$.
